Welcome to TheHubTO!

TheHubTO is a private studio building in the heart of Cabbagetown, Toronto. Each tenant has their own lockable dedicated workspace to focus, meet clients, and do their best work.

We're home to designers, consultants, architects, therapists, writers, and other independent professionals who've outgrown working from home and are ready for a space that reflects where their business is headed. It's a small boutique building of 11 studios across two floors, so the environment stays quiet, professional, and personal.

Everything is included in your rent: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, modern kitchen, heating, water, hydro, garbage removal, and 24/7 fob access. Move in with your desk and your laptop everything else is already here.

The building features a 10 foot garage door right off the sidewalk for accepting deliveries and moving materials.

This system allows visitors to call tenants from the front door to let them know that they've arrived. Tenants can then unlock the front door from their cell phones to receive their guests.

The directory provides the name and chosen contact information for each unit in the building, which is great advertising for the foot traffic that passes by the building.

There are two individual washrooms, both on the second floor, which service the building. Each washroom includes a large double sink for multiple functions and ease of use.
